PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
- The symposium will have invited lead papers on each topic. Selected contributory papers may be presented as oral or poster presentation.
- For all oral presentations, authors are requested to follow MS Power Point (MS Office XP or higher version compatible) slides presentation with minimum animation. Presentations will be made through LCD projectors.
- For poster presentations authors are requested to prepare their posters in such a way that can be displayed within a poster board area of 100 cm x 100 cm. The font size and style used in the posters should be such as to be viewed at least from a distance of 100 cm. Title of the paper, name of the author(s) along with the affiliation with full address and E-Mail should be placed at the top of the beginning of the body of the paper.
- For pre-seminar publication an Abstract not exceeding 250 words should be sent along with the registration.
- All invited papers and some of the accepted papers are likely to be published in the form of proceedings. The full text (not exceeding 6 printed A4 pages inclusive of introduction, Materials & Discussion, References, Tables, Figs, Photographs, etc typed in 1½”space and with 1½” margin on the top and 1” margin on the other three sides) in MS WORD with one or two photographs (maximum) JPEG format and only essential line drawings and tables along with a hard copy should be submitted prior to the symposium.
